The PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge is an exclusive promotion from PokerStars.net that gives people the chance to play poker on TV for up to $1,000,000 against poker legend and Team PokerStars pro Daniel Negreanu.
Shot in Los Angeles, contestants play in a series of heads-up poker matches, facing off against Team PokerStars Pros and other celebrity poker players. Daniel Negreanu is on hand to provide players with expert coaching. Players move onwards in the competition while collecting cash along the way. They can take the money and go home or play against Negreanu and win even more money.
If they beat Negreanu, they go home with at least $100,000 and the chance to play for the $1,000,000 first prize.
